ASDMR — uma marca para 140 países
I built one brand for an organization in 140 countries: a logo engine that sets the signature in 17 languages, a portal in 8 and a native app for 800 people, all on one design system.

Context & challenge
An organization present in 140 countries, from the world headquarters down to each local church, had no shared way to exist online. Each unit made its own site and materials, and even the official name came out spelled in many different ways. The goal: one brand that applies itself, without a designer in every church.
My role
I wrote the brand book, designed the system and led the portal, the Conectados app and the brand tools as Product Owner.
Process
- What I looked atHow a small church with no designer makes a poster on a Saturday morning.
- What I foundThe problem was not taste. Every unit had to reinvent the brand, so the name and the logo broke at every level.
- What I chose, and whyWrite the voice before the colour, then build tools that apply the rules for people: a logo engine, templates and one database for portal and app.
Key decisions

The rules live in the tool
Why: A PDF nobody opens can't stop a wrong logo. The engine checks contrast and minimum size before the file leaves.

Templates, not freedom
Why: A volunteer fills in fields and swaps the photo. The layout can't break.

Enter once, appear everywhere
Why: An event entered once shows up on the portal and in the app at the same time.
