Abrindo a Bíblia
I led a learning product that 3,000+ people started, and designed the mentor flow: learners with a mentor were 2.6× more likely to reach week 2.

Context & challenge
People who start studying the Bible on their own tend to quit early: they don't know where to begin, have no one to ask and don't see progress. Only 17% of those studying alone reach week 2. The goal: a guided path from the first question to a steady habit.
My role
Product Owner: features, backlog, acceptance criteria and following the build, with prototypes made directly in code. Site and dashboard in Next.js; app in Flutter for iOS, Android and Apple Watch.
Process
- What I looked atWhere learners dropped off in the first weeks.
- What I foundContent wasn't missing. A path was, and someone beside you.
- What I chose, and whyA journey, not a library: phases that open one after another, plus 1:1 mentoring.
Key decisions

A simple unlock rule
Why: It gives rhythm without turning into bureaucracy.

Mentoring as a system
Why: Continuity of the relationship matters more than response speed.

Retiring the first palette
Why: The first version looked like a generic app. The new one feels like time to read.
